DVD Lab audio sync problems

I used super dvd ripper v2.36 to rip the dvd's to vcd's then used dvdlab to author them. I did everything as instructions stated and when I goto burning the dvd sometime I get an error saying there are extra files in the folder then i delete them then it says there are missing files. I did manage to burn 1 after recompiling it and the menu and video played correctly but the audio is out of sync (it is lagging behind the movie. I have been putting 4 VCD movies on one dvd. can you help me figure out what i am doing wrong? thatnk you
