Hi cannot unlock this phone
imei is 351858/01/099626/8

This is locked to t-mobile
Area: Manchester UK

Has been on a contract but now want to go payg

"cannot undo restriction" means 5 or more wrong codes have been entered. It's hardlocked. You must take to a pro-unlocker now.
