These phones cannot be unlocked remotely like the NOKIA phones. You have two ways to unlock the phone:

1. Read some of the above thread to figure out how to make it work urself

If you have been with Tmobile for more than 90days you can call up customer care and ask for unlock codes , they will give it to you in 48 hours.
If you can do test piont you then can unlock it your self pm or email me for detail
