i extracted the game by connecting my xbox 360 to my computer via sata cable.
now i have:

fifa 06 road to fifa world cup (6.80gb)
and ss.bin.

i believe i have to merge the ss.bin! how do i do this?

and

i want to burn this using clone cd.

i have a DVD+R DL VERBATIM DISK, and NEC DVD+R DL writer.

how do i change the booktype settings? and finally how do i burn?

now, i'm stuck, i would appreciate if u could tell me wot to do. otherwise i'm sitting here waiting......plz help

please try and give me a little detailed explaination

Go here, scroll down a few posts, and download v41 tutorial. In it is the process for inserting the ss and burning the backups: http://www.xboxhacker.net/forums/index.php?topic=2857.0

It's alot easier to point you to a guide than to type out the entire process. Hope this helps.
