Installed & used today; fails miserably on every attempt. Have re-installed with same results. Won't even work with AnyDVD 6.0.5.0 in the background. Has anyone had success with this latest version?

There will never be a latest version of DVD Decrypter, it has been defunct for a couple of years now. The latest version is 3.5.4.0, the version you are trying to use is ancient...try ripit4me, it uses DVDD but keep it updated to handle new encryptions.

Do you mean DVDFab 2.9.8.5, which is a beta of the program. Why not try the 2.9.8.3. Also, don't run AnyDVD in the background you will get conflicts, use one or the other but not both together.

Thanks to all; my bad--FABdecrypter--was what I meant. Have reverted to earlier version with usual success.

Glad it worked for you, sometimes those beta progs will have a few bugs in them. I have learned to wait for the official version to come out, as I too have had a few glitches using betas. Happy burning :)

That is a no no. Never use DVDFAB Decrypter with AnyDVD running in the background because they're likely to conflict one another. If you use DVDFAB Decrypter, then you'll need to "disable (turn off)" AnyDVD or vice versa.

I've been using DVDFAB Decrypter since it was first introduced to the public and it has never failed me, so far it has been ripping flawlessly.

Good luck to all and happy burning.
