Help with Gamesaves....please HELP!!!

Hey guys any help or a link to a topic thats already covered this would be much appreciated...i looked but i couldnt find anything

Heres the problem guys...
Ulaunch works fine...
Transfering the files works fine they show up on my memory card

But when i start the game it tells me theres no save there...

and i'm using north american saves for north american games...
But nothing

I transfered a few saves from my memory card and i noticed there were more files than the 3 that you usually get from gamefaqs

there seems to be a bin file in all the original game saves

Now i dont have a max drive or any of those devices and all the saves are for one of those devices...

I've had 2 saves work only....but all the good ones dont work...

is there anywhere i can get gamesaves that are not specific to a gameshark, AR Max and such??

There is a program to convert them into the native PS2 format but I forgot what it was called, shouldn't be too hard to find.
Anyways try starting a new game in the game you want the game save for and save at the earliest possible point, this will create the folder and icon files for that game onto your memory card so when you go to add the game save through ULaunchELF you can put it in the appropriate folder and rename it to exactly what the other save we made was called.
