I managed a copy of USBExtreme.iso and imaged a copy into a cd, pstwo slim would not pick up the cd. Help need recommendations?

Well... here goes... again...
You can not just burn a PS2 game or app and expect it to play right off the bat, you either need a modchip or a boot method such as swapmagic and a fliptop.
