i play the different files on my computer efore i put them to dvd and they are all english but after the buring is done the begining is in english then there is spanish then french and then there is a part with comentary.

What programs are you using?
DVD Shrink for example lets you select different audio tracks. If all of them are selected then you will have all of them on your copy.
Directors Commentary is usually a duplicate of the main movie title with the commentary added over the top of the original audio track. If you are ripping and keeping a menu then you should be able to select the main movie for playback. Without a menu and all the audio and movie tracks selected you would have problems as you described.

We would need to know what program you are ripping with to tell you how to fix this.

i am using DVD Decrypter and was only using the main movie files

Decrypter is providing all the main movie files but without a menu you can't tell the player which audio to play.

What I would do is use DVD Shrink to open the disc with, select "Reautor" and then drag the main title over. I'd remove the un-needed audio tracks and subpictures. Then I would tell Shrink to use Decrypter to burn with.
Very easy and lots of guides available.
