i am sorry but it sounds like your phone is hard locked and the only way that i know to unlock it will be with a cable.
maybe there is someone else here that can give you more information.

How many codes have you tried?

Is the mobile new?

When you put in a non accepting sim in the phone what does the mobile say?

Your mobile is probably hardlocked like BF said but theres no harm in trying. :)

i did it a few time maybe its hardlock but if there is a another code
i'll try it

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
