little back story info:

I've got 3 accounts on my 360, Me, Wife, Lil-Bro when he's over, now me and the wife download arcade games on our own accounts, but have been able to play them on our seperate accounts (she downloads Zuma, i can play full game of Zuma on my account) well anyway, the 360 had broke for the 2nd time, keep the hard-drive send it in for service. bing bang boom right?

problem:
Now i've gotten my 360 back from service, actually it was replaced w/ a refurb. anyway placed my hard-drive onto it, and now i can only access the games i downloaded on my account, and her to hers, so now i've got like 3 or 4 achievments in zuma from before it busted last time. well now i can't play the full game on my account, only on hers. and it works both ways, and the little brother can't play anything full but Hexic.

what the hell did they change recently?? because this is crap.

Hmm. I've got 2 profiles on mine and my wife has access to the games I downloaded. Granted, that's only Frogger, SF2 and Texas Hold 'em. You said 3 accounts... Which one automatically logs into live? I dunno. I just got my 360 2 weeks ago and installed the latest dashboard. Still works fine here.

None of the accounts log in automatically, but i tried downloading them again per XBL customer service, and that didn't work, so now i am waiting for MS to call me back...

i did download Texas Hold 'Em and that's accessable from all acounts, so i'm confused? oh well i'll wait for the higher up MS people to call me back.
