Only try the code once and once only!!!
Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.
If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.
If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed
If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.
Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.
Here is your code: #pw+129164245753372+7#
If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

No, my phone is a new UTS (Setel N.V.) phone. And I have a Digicel sim card that I want to use in it.

Network: (Network the phone is locked to)
Country: (Country the Network above is in)

maybe there is something I don't understand.
This phone is a UTS phone. But it won't work with a Digicel sim card.
Am I right?

That's correct. UTS phones will not work with Digicel until you unlock it.
