I presently rip with DVD Decrypter, shrink with DVDShrink, and copy to disc using 1 Click DVD Copy Pro. Nero is the burn program. Doing all this 2 of 3 DVDs will start dragging/freezing at the end of move. Please provide some insight....

??? why dont you just let 1click pro do the lot just have the latest version and DVD43 transcode and burn rmeber to have cprx enabled

Pausing, stuttering and pixellation can be caused by a few different things...

Cheap media, burning too fast, too much compression and using adhesive labels. If you are already using DVD Decrypter I don't know why you would use 1-Click or DVD43 or Nero. Here is a guide using RipIt4Me using DVD Decrypter integrated with DVD Shrink and some other tools to help make your output DVD files more compliant, it also has a 1-click mode:

I have the problem regardless of the program I use. I use Plextor dual layer external burner. I just downloaded rip4me and will try it.
