Only try the code once and once only!!!

Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.

If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.

If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed

If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.

Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.

Here is your code: #pw+237465055546171+7#

If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok


Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. However, the code did not work. I got a message saying "Code Error" "Enter Code".

I followed the exact steps as you mentioned.

Is the mobile definately locked to Orange and the mobile bought in the UK?

It is Orange but could be Chinese or Asian.

Hi, What country was the mobile bought in?

You need to be certain otherwise the codes will not work and will end up hardlocking your mobile.

Hi,

This phone was bought from a lost/found sale and had chinese settings and Orange logo. That is why country is uncertain. Is it possible to try multiple codes for China/Asia? Otherwise phone is not useful anyway.

You only get 3-5 attempts till the mobile is hardlocked. I will not give any more codes, so I will let someone else have look.

Have you tried the Orange sim in the phone. Have you tried a different sim in the phone?

You will have to borrow sim cards and find out what works in the phone.
