How to open Win RAR game

I downloaded GTI racing. It is alot of WinRAR files.How do I open the game to play and can I copy to CD or DVD?I am new to downloading games..

Ok ,I got it opened and burned it to a DL dvd since it was to big for a cd. Now when I try to open it the installshield opens and gives me (1607, Inpossible installare Installshield Scripting Runtime).What am I doing wrong now?

im not getting at you or anything,

im glad to see you like to make sure people following the rules,

but like other people have said before i am begining to think you are trying to be like a mod too much. isnt that
supposed to be a mods job to tell people what they can and cant do. and i do think your being to strict seen as though your not a mod yourself ... (yet?)

but like i said before at least you want people following the rules, you never know we could have a mod-to-be here.

anyways back to the point,

Actually, i don't think i'm being too strict, as i personally adhere to almost every single part of the forum rules.
MY only real deviation from the rules would be my account's blog, and since even the AD staff seems to enjoy my mad ranting from time to time, i think that would mean it's tolerated, and therefore deemed ok.

As for me being like a mod too much *something i hear a LOT these days*, as far as i know it is expected of all AD members that know and adhere to the rules that they try and educate those that don't know the rules, and point out the rules if they are broken.
Not to mention the fact i usually hit the report button on threads like this one, which is also expected of members.
/me wonders if he ever reported this one though

To show that i know the rules, but i'm not opposed to helping people out, here's a hint : read up about Daemon Tools.
Make sure you read it's user agreement thoroughly before installing it though
