First off,let me say that all my software is up to date. I can't burn this movie to save my life. I've tried "DVD X Copy Express", "I Copy DVD's 2","DVD Fab Decrypter" with and without "VOB Blanker", "Dvd Shrink", "Dvd Decrypter","Rip it 4 Me" with "fix VTS", "Clone DVD2". In conjunction with some of the software I used "Any DVD","Free DVD, and "DVD43 for Free" to remove protection. I wasted hour after hour trying to burn this movie. Sometimes it would look like it was going to make it to the end and an error would always come up, especially the one that says that there is not enough room on the dvd to record the whole movie or " FSCTL Lock Volume Failed" Unable to lock volume for exclusive access." " ACCESS DENIED!"

Listen snotty! If you can't contribute then why bother????? It's one thing to ask over and over again what software to use to burn with but like I stated, I've used just about all the top of the line software and I'm still having a problem.

Are you having a decrypting problem or are you having a problem with burning the files to disk?
First:
Since you state that all apps are upto date and tried using AnyDVD and clonedvd2.....
Using the combination of clonedvd2 and AnyDVD running in the backround, you should have no problem ripping this flick to your hdd and then letting clonedvd2 burn the file/s to disk.
So if you're having a problem with decrypting the DVD and ripping it to the HDD, then I would suspect a bad original disk, in this case try and return it and retry the process using the new disk.
Second:
If the ussue here is burning the files to disk, it's possible that the burner you're using is unable to correctly recognize the DVD media you're using, if so, then a firmware update might do the trick. Check with the drive's manufacturer's website and see if an update is available and apply it.
It's also possible that the media you're using is of poor quality causing an issue with the burner, if the firmware update doesn't help, try using a diffrent brand of DVD media like sony, verbs, TY's....
note: when burning to disk, stick to a write speed of 1/2 the rated speed of the media.

Follow the guides on this page depending on what you are attempting to do...
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/383417
They are confirmed to work I've tried it with 4 differnt DVD drives 2 of them being combos and 2 of them beeing rewriteable drives...
There is really nothing to it.
I suggest using ripit4me with FixVTS and DVDShrink all in conjunction if you are still having trouble it could be the DVD itself...
Keep at it you'll get it eventually follow the guide its all set in stone there are absolutely no issues whats so ever. Unless there user error or Hardware error or windows error the applications are not causing any type of error.
PS There was also 4 differnt processor cores used as well.
Enjoy!

First find a different copy of the movie. After all of those programs failing then the disc is probably bad, then if a new one doesn't work then must be the drive. BTW DVD43 conflicts with a lot of programs, I would delete it especially if you have AnyDVD. This movie is not hard to back up. Can you back up a different movie to check your set-up and burner?

I ran it through DVD Fab Decrypter and then DVD Shrink and finally DVD Decrypter AGAIN, and this time it burned it.I still had a problem though when it got to DVD Decrypter. Right before it started it gave a warning box stating, "FSCTL Lock Volume failed". " Unable to lock volume for exclusive access".Luckily, it gave the choices of abort, ignore or delete, so I hit ignore and it burned it fine. Every once in a while I run into one of these that I really have to work to burn it. 99% of the time I just pop the movie in Dvd X copy Express and that's it. Thanks to everyone that had the patience to answer this question even though there are a lot on the same topic.

@ sayaen,
Just to let u know for future refrence the DVDFab>VobBlanker>Shrink>Imgburn or decrypter
would have worked. If u just would have used VobBlanker after DVDfab and used VobBlanker folder with shrink u would of had no problem

I honestly don't see why people won't get AnyDVD. It will be the best money you have ever spent Guarnteed! Isn't life hard enough already?

I had no problems with RipIt4Me then used VobBlanker to clear out the crap, Shrunk it down to DVD5 friendly size, burned with Imgburn.
Best money I never had to spend.
