well i'm new to the programming of the PS2. I was wondering, and probably others because it's obvious, can't you jus play backups on the slimline ps2s by using a playstation AR or GS? like make a disc that boots up after doin the swap trick before u select start game. a disc that has the same elf file that u put on ur memory card to boot on the chubby ps2s. Also there is another thing, y can't u make a boot disc out of a simple demo disc? like rename the boot.elf to the name of an exe or launch file on the demo and start it up? if someone could explain y this cant happen, pls let me know.
