If you really mean download then specify your download method.

If you mean you want to convert two files to DVD and squeeze them onto the same disc, that's another matter. Try using AVI2DVD to convert them to DVD and save them on your hard drive. I believe it allows you to convert and merge multiple AVIs to a DVD but don't quote me on that, I may be wrong. If not, you can use Nero Vision to squeeze them both onto a DVD if necessary. Bear in mind that you might want to put them on two separate DVDs depending on the quality and size of the originals - experiment and see if you will have to sacrifice quality to get both files onto one DVD and how much quality you will lose.

BTW, if you are frequently going to work with AVI (I assume, Divx/xvid) files, consider saving yourself some headache and investing $50 in a DVD player that supports Divx/xvid, like the Philips DVP-642 or the 5960.

Edit: Just noticed AVI2DVD does not support merging files as far as I can tell, so reauthor with Nero. Also, in the "output" section, uncheck "Make ISO" and have AVI2DVD just burn the files to a directory of your choosing. When you go to reauthor the DVD with Nero, you really only want some of the VOB files; you can forget about the IFO and BUP files it generates. However, if you are going to burn one AVI per DVD, then keep everything and just use Nero to burn the discs.

-Do you believe you own your computer and shouldn't be told what you can run and do? Then say *NO* to Microsoft Vista!
-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.
