Please help. Every time I use Image Burn after I use DVD Shrink or Decrypter to burn the ISO I keep getting the following error:
Failed to read from file: RUSH_IN_RIO.ISO
Reason: Data error (cyclic redudndancy check)
I though it was my Burner crapping out so I bought a new Pioneer and its still giving me this same error at 15% burn and others at 80% burn. I am using Taiyo Yudens 8X and burning at 4X. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Decrypter, DVD Shrink and Img Burn. Please help. I am attaching the error file:

not sure, but did you use a more current decrypter prior to shrink and burning? either dvdfabdecrypter and VobBlanker, or ripit4me (which includes dvddecrypter and imports a psl file to allow for up to date decryption)?
2) VobBlanker - Not always needed, but it will get rid of any protection that DVDFD left behind. VobBlanker also allows you to blank, replace, cut and strip titles.
RipIt4Me. I do not know anything about ripit4me so I will leave you with the excellent guide by arniebear. You can also download RipIt4Me from the same link.
Anydvd works in the background to automatically remove the copy protection of a DVD movie. All you have to do is start up AnyDVD and continue using your normal compression engine, whether it's shrink, recode or CloneDVD, It's that easy.
Before you pay for this excellent program you have a 21 day trial
2) Invest in good quality media Taiyo Yuden and Verbatims are best. Also look out for Maxell,Sony,Fuji, MIJ's (made in Japan) these are also extremely good blank media.
thanks for the replys but the trouble is not really decrypting and shrinking the discs. I am able to do that fine. The problem I am having is burning the ISO once DVD Shrink has made the ISO. When Img Burn opens up and begins burning the final product it gives me that error anywhere between 15% and 80% depending on the ISO.
First, make sure the drives firmware is upto date as suggested.
This part of the log above is of concern:
E 21:50:34 Failed to read from file: RUSH_IN_RIO.ISO
The ISO is already on your HDD, so why the problem with reading it?
It can be and most likely is a copy protection issue (the file may not be completely free of all copy protection), so I would also (as shown above) suggest trying other rippers/decrypters as well like DVDfab(free), then shrink to create the ISO, then imgburn to burn to disk. You can also use AnyDVD (comes with a 21 day free trial) along with DVDshrink to create an ISO for burning.
