Im trying to use a red vodafone simcard.
When I put in the simcard and turn it on it says:
Phone
Rrestricted [and over here it has a stop sign]
[In the bottom right hand corner it has "undo"]
When i press "undo" it comes up with another screen saying
"Enter restriction code:"
um just have a guess then plese thanx
btw is the program DCT4 Calculator 1.4 reliable for getting unlock codes because i thought i could just try that and try a few different australian networks on it...worth a try?

If only it was that simple, but it's not, the calculators are not upto date and almost always selects the wrong boxcodes. To do what we do takes many weeks of research.

Only try the code once and once only!!!
Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.
If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.
If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed
If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.
Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.

If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
