A quick question about MOVIES to DVDR

Thanks to anyone who can help....

What is a good program where i can take my mvies(like in .mpg or avi) and just burn them to dvdr so it can play on my dvd player?

p.s.
(i already can play vcd but i i can store more on dvdr)It is appreciated if anyone could help!

First you wilkl need to make sure that they are encoded to mpeg-2 without the resolutions 480x480 or 480x576, then try to use TMPGEnc DVD Author to burn!
