My suggestion is that the phone sounds like it is already unlocked if you have been seeing (code error) with the code I gave you.

well when i put a different sim card in it says restricted there is an option to undo and when i push that it says enter code thats with a t mobile sim card in....

Have you been entering the code without a sim in or using the undo option?

Also, has the T-Mobile sim ever had any pin code set on it?

i have been removing the sim card turning on the phone and following the instructions and it says code error i have not tried anything with my t mobile sim card in because i dont want to hurt it and i have never had a passcode set on the sim card

ok, press *#06# on the phone and check the IMEI one more time to make sure every digit is correct.

yes 010560000161076 is it possible that i am mabey going to slow all the symbols match up as they do on your message it is us cingular model 6010 im sorry but thank you so much for the help...

But Can u please tell me that in the code in the second last line u said " Enter Last digit". What that digit? What do u mean by Enter that last digit of what?

Press * 2 Times Fast for (+)
Press last digit (What is this last digit)
And Then Press The Final #

Please help.
