Is it possible to transfer game replays to computer using action replay max?

if yes how?

if you mean transfer the saves then yes but if you mean transfer as in make an mpg, AVI, etc... of the actual replay then not really. For that you'd need a video capture card on your pc and you would connect the ps2 to the pc through the capture card and record the replay.
