The way we wish for requests to be posted is very simple. It bothers neither of us but only delays your answer.
The correct way and easiest way would be like you see below.

Did you read the part about multiple posts?
We do this for FREE.
Muliple Posts with the same request wastes our time and really Pis#$@ us off.

It still gives me the same message. Phone Restriction on. With or without the sim. Therefore, I think its hardlock. Sorry for all the hassle I've put you guys through. I will try to get a different phone
