Hey, my ps2 doesnt have this kind of laser adjust:

i have two little gears on the left and right laser guides, and not the big one, has anyone got the same and know how to fix it?

You have a V9 or V10 PS2 (based on the dual white gears). Here is a guide to adjusting.

Sure......Even though my V9 was never resurrected after many failed attempts at tweaking it. Now, its just another addition to the junk pile.

Yupe, i cant get mine to work. You know the gold coil that has a rod on it,that makes a loud noise when the trays opening and i still get read errors.

Does it read any discs? PSX maybe? If so, set up an exploit, throw a drive in it and just use HDLoader. Thats where I am at with my V9. I also have a launch PS2 which still works fine, though so I can still play online if I want to. You very well could be experienceing the V9 syndrome. Google 'V9 syndrome' and you will know what I am talking about.
