You might want to read how to post the phone correctly. I'm usually good at guessing but I can't guess all of this one. If I had to guess, it looks like Cingular 6230 USA

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Did NoLimits code work?

1) the mobile was bought in Mexico, yes
2) the only network the mobile works on is Telcel, yes
3) IMEI is 357587002211501, yes
