i hav a 6230 and i need it unlocked, it is on t-mobile uk however i want to put an 02 sim into it
my IEM number is: 355665006625579
could you plz help,

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Your model is a BB5 and can only be unlocked by 3.
Ask them very nicely.
