TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER HELP

Can anyone help me out and tell me how to setup TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER so that i can name the output file when converting FLV files to MPG4 for use on my PSP, to a title of my choice, when i have converted the files the name tag reads "no msv title tag found". also it just id like to create a THUMBNAIL of the video but total video converter just displays a black screen with the FLV filename in it. CAN anyone offer any advice!!!!
