I say it's locked to T-Mobile because of the IMEI you have listd here. It's related to the T-Mobile networks IMEI's

Tell me what sim you have that will work in the phone. If you say Cingular will work, it's already unlocked or the code I listed was not entered in correctly.

#pw+989172715723076+7# <--only enter after you do the sim check. If it's unlocked, you will continue to get the "Code Error" message.
