I just updated 98 windows for my brothers computer and when I installed it then rebooted , explorer.exe will noot boot and there's no way of running anything. Cna someone help on ruunning this or figureing out what to get it back to normal. Thanks.

Two things can help one is you can try starting up in safe mode and if that does not work just reinstall windows again.
