Where can I get USB drivers for my v360?

I would like to put media like mp3's on my phone. But no programs can detect my v360 through my usb cable. I have read that I need the usb drivers, where can I get these from?

I have installed the WinXP Motorola DriverPack, Version 2.9 from motomodders, but it hasn't made a difference.
