abnormal program termination?

when i try to load up DVD Shrink and start backing up it says abnormal program termination..? how come it wont let me keep it open?. and whys it closing?

Hello.

The disk may have strong structural copy protection that DVD Shrink cannot handle. Are you using AnyDVD in the background to overcome this kind of protection?

Three Approaches to backing up DVDs

Approach 1
Use AnyDVD (21-day free trial) and process normally with DVD Shrink. etc.

Approach 2 (free)
Use Ripit4me (free) which integrates other free programs. Guides and program links:

Approach 3 (free)
Use DVDFab Decrypter to rip to the HDD.
Clean the ripped files with VobBlanker or FixVTS
Compress/reauthor with DVD Shrink
Burn with ImgBurn or DVD Decrypter

There may be other problems as well. Are you setup to burn with Nero automatically from DVD Shrink? What is the target output? Burn with DVD Decrypter, Create ISO Image File? Create Folder on Hard Disk Drive?
