Can someone help me?

This Nokia 1600 was used in Australia on the Vodafone network. I want to use another SIM card in Papua New Guinea but it cannot.
can you unlock the phone for me?
When I try to get the ver# using *#0000# it just cannot show anything as well.

The details are: Phone:Nokia 1600
IMEI:359378006640475
Network: Vodafone Australia

Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
