Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim.
Before you do this, make sure the sim and phone you use does NOT have a Security or PIN CODE.
If it does, reset the security code to default (12345) with the original phone. Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option, then enter
the "#pw+code" code in the restriction box and press ENTER.

#pw+895151317303464+7#

Power on the phone.
press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---

IMPORTANT!!
Verify code before pressing the last #.
Pay attention. You only have about two seconds.

just tried it and no luck i think its hard locked now because it says cannot undo restriction, and it stays on phone restricted thanks all the same

Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
came to us.

Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
equipment to unlock it.
