Problem with Copy Protected Discs and DVD Shrink, can someone offer some help?

Hey there I have been backing up some dvd's; I have come across a couple that say they are "copy protected" Is there a way around this ? another program possibly ?
Anyone's help is appreciated

AnyDVD........cost about $39.00 & is always updating.
Also for free is DVD43, & DVDFab Decrypter.
AMD Phenom II X4 3.2Ghz

RipIt4Me is gaining a lot of ground. If you want to stay with free programs, I would go that route. There are tons of threads about it, just do a search and you will find plenty to read on it.

Ya know what? I just went to Ripitforme site and first thing I noticed. There is a guide to teach you how to use the product. That tells me that the average person will need to be taught how to use the product to get a successful outcome. Nevermind, why bother. First time I used Any dvd and CloneDVD2 I never once needed a guide. These programs are truly that simple.
I am reminded about 4 years ago when I was looking at attempting to start backing up my DVDs and the only thing I could find on the Internet was packages being sold at a high cost which "taught, or showed you through instructions" how to use the complicated world of "freeware" how to get the worst copy of DVDs you would ever want to own. I purchased one of those instruction packets and never once got a working DVD copy with the complicated instructions.
I stopped looking, but never stopped wanting to make backups. I finally stumbled upon AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. No instructions needed, finally a product that just worked and did everything I needed for me. I hate going to sites that offer free software and see "guides" to show you how to use the software. My eyes can not tell the difference from the original using Slysoft products, and do not believe these sites that show you a blowup of a frame from differnt transcoders and encoders. They blow up the picture 10 times the normal viewing size and show you pixalation. Well YES! Look at that! Blow up that picture 400 percent and wow, it looks bad. Give me a break.

but at the same time anything worth while takes time to learn. Easy isn't always best.
Dvd Shrink is much better than CloneDVD2 because it has Slow Analysis and the compression is better.
Dvd Shrink and ImgBurn are free and just as easy to use. All CloneDVD2 does is eliminate an extra step to burn the dvd.
I use AnyDVD, DVD Shrink and ImgBurn to burn.

I stick by my original assesment. I am not a fanatic. I want a good quality end product but I do not have to have the BEST. I want a backup solution that gives me that without sacrificing time OR Quality. As I stated, I can not tell the difference between CloneDVDs and my originals so why bother with something that will take twice as long OR longer. I am not going to be watching this backup over and over again. I am going to watch the original and make a backup, perhaps watch the backup with friends or something later and it will more than likely sit in a sleeve for several YEARS before I watch it again.
I am willing to pay for a backup solution that gives me quality without taking my valuable time to create. Yes, I have heard the arguments......you start it and leave. Freeware is clunky, hard to use, need guides, read my original sentiments above and I still feel the same way. Free is not better for ME and has never been, I believe you get what you pay for and generally end up "paying" for it later some way or another.

For those that can pay for AnyDVD and CloneDVD they are great products and well worth the money. I own both and have gotten use out of them. However, for those that can't pay there are free programs available and it is nice that developers still think of those who cannot afford to buy. The free work as good as the pay, it is all in what you want/like and personal preference.
