Yes (forget my other post) it does. there is two first is my computers ip second is 192.168.1.8:3333

is it the ip of your computer or your router.
its supposed to be the ip of your router

my connection is still failing when I choose to test connection
It is now on my routers ip.

It was blocking it so it permited it yet when I tryed it on my psp again it still didn't work. When it says Windoser server ( on psp) should i select the first ip or the second ip

you should pick the one with your routers ip.

i did that and selected to not test connection so it goes to a page with like pressx to .... at the bottom of the page. At the top it says error connecting to host 192.168.01.333 and the last 3 is on the second line. NO vidios are shown

it should be 192.168.0.1

well. since i have the same ip as you. you can try my .ini settings

those settings didn't work i just copy and pasted them. they didn't work.
OK I'm going to be gone for about 2 hours so if you could mabey come back on around 7 or 8
