okasy so today i brought up task manager and hit something on my keyboard by accident and now all it is is a box and it have all the progrzAms that are running on my computer at that time there is nothing else no run no file no anything on top now just the box i do not even have the close minimize and restore button any help .....

using print screen button on my keyboard, then paste-it into paint, cropped it, and uploaded it to imageshack.us.
