ok i just got a new ps2 and i downloaded a few games from the net but they didnt work ... what do i have to do to make it work i read some of the posts about modchips and all although this seems dumb but i wanaa make sure do u have to install some kind of chip to make these game work and why so some ps2 games have it already as i read somewhere it said my ps2 cam modded if mine is not modded where can i get it i am living in germany hamburg where can i get it modded here is it even legal? plzzz if someone can help

You need a modchip or Swap Magic boot discs with fliptop/slide card/magic keys to boot burnt games. This has been covered billions of times before. Use forum search if you have any further questions, as they'll most likely of been answered before.
