Hi,
I didn't want to try any of the previously posted codes as the T-Mobile guy already tried a few seemingly short codes before he called their cust. svc. dept. and they both told me my phone was fried. Thought I'd try you before I said goodbye. Could you please help me to unlock Nokia 6101b?
IMEI:358823/00/093545/5
Code: 052359AN25C9
Provider: T-Mobile.
Country: United States
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the try NoLimit, but no luck. I think the T-Mobile guy (and me with my first attempt to use my regular 4 digit password before I knew I had bigger problems) blew my 5 chances. Can you give me any info on the cable alternative or give me pointers on how to find a shop in Rockville MD that could use a cable to fix this? I hate to chunk something that isn't broken because of a lock! I also have severla pics of mu dogs on this phone that are near and dear to me. Wow, sorry for all the chit chat.

Do you want to unlock for another network or do you need a security code?
Have you seen PUK message on the screen yet?
After these answers, I can give you a simple solution.

My phone got wet today and when I was drying off the number pad I think I locked it. The T-Mobile guy called for a PKU or PUK number and tried several, so I don't think that's it. I'm not switching services... just trying to get back to the normal I had this moring before the water dip.

Alright, if the phone is asking for a PUK code, I can't help with that but if it's a security code that the phone is asking for, try this one.

I didn't know the phone had gotten wet so it may not be of any use anymore.

Nope. Still says "hone restricted" when I turn it on, gives me the "undo" option and when I entered the last # you suggested when it reads "enter restriction code" it reads "phone restricion on." The weird thing is that it acted normal for about a 5 minute period after the dip, and then went blank. I opened it up and removed the battery and sim card for drying and it went to camera mode immediately when I replaced them. I cancelled out of camera and I was even able to get a voice mail before the weirdness. Again, I think I might have over pushed some buttons on the dry attempt as after it turned off again I noticed a bit of water on the buttons. Guess I just can't think of it as fried as long as it still turns on.
Thanks again,
A
