I have managed to get a copy of the OS Vista as downloaded and have used the dvd decripter to put it on a dvd as a iso file, but I do not know what to do next. I have a free computer that meets vista requirements, so how do I get the program to load as a new operating system.

Put the disk in and start up the machine. Not to much to it.
