IMEI: 356204000032175
Firmware: V4.0441.0 08-10-04 RH-68
Provider: FIDO
Country: Canada

Should I input the code with or without my sim card? I've tried a few of the code at unlockitfree.com and none of them worked...

I got the message "Code error".

Please help!!

6670 only allows 3 chances to enter the correct code. Your phone is most likely hardlocked now.

If it hardlocks, it will only work with Fido. Contact these people in Canada about unlocking. Make sure to mention that UnlockNokia.US sent you for 10% discount if you decide to use them.
