can any one help i have the latest software how ever i get errors when in shrink it and dvd for free starts up freezes up and cant read drive and in shrink it they both give errors read from drive containing movie

Hi pinedari
Shrink can't handle either of these alone and I doubt running DVD43 will handle them either.
Better would be running AnyDVD in the background w/ Shrink. Will handle these and everything out there right now.
Just make sure youy uninstall DVD43 - conflicts sometimes even when it's off.
AnyDVD not free but does have a 21 day trial period.

great advice from Binkie7... i used dvdfab then right to shrink on this one. some movies give me problems still, but when that happens i run the stubborn arcoss protected movie through a program called VobBlanker and it works like a charm. voblanker is also free!
