I'm looking for the unlock code for my nokia 6230 as well, this seems to be the best way to do it hey? If its possible for my phone too, here are the details...
IMEI number is 355040 00 809771 6 - its also locked to the UK orange network.
Would really appreicate any help you can offer me, thanks very much in advance!

thanks for the info, seems someones already tried this before with this phone, as it won't accept the code at all. Thanks for your help though, hope someone else can benefit from the whole thing!

message reads "can't undo restriction" - got the phone form a friend who had it at a hole in the wall shop, could it just be that the 5 code limit has already been reached? Can see from others posts that it works fine for other users, so really can't think of another explanation.
