Cant burn movie nor copy vts file from dvd

I got a burn copy from a movie and for some reason my E:/ drive dont read it only my D:/ drive and i cant copy the vts files nor did rip4me Fixvts or decrypter not even shrink can open it and Nero dont even detect it on my drive . ive tryed everything . someone told me about this program called check cd, I used it and the result told me there was several errors what can i do from here ? Can someone help me !

It's probably a bad burned disc. Can you back up a movie that you own the original disc for? If you can it's definitely a bad disc. What type of media was the copy made on?

Not sure i wonder if it is a bad disc but the movies play perfect and my d drive detects and play it but not my e drive .

Will EITHER drive rip the movie? What's the brand of MEDIA that was burned? Some bad discs will play but not rip.
