i jus put the code in just then and it said phone restriced and then it froze :S

Put in a non accepting sim in the phone and tell me what the mobile says. If it says undo on the screen enter the code given #pw+912072731023223+7#

I would not like to have a guess as I am from the UK. In the UK it costs between £5-£30. It will all depend where you take/send it. Try a few local mobile phone shops and see what they say.
