i am new to this but here goes. just bought a new dell xps system. i bought 1click dvd and am using DVD43. am having problems when switching user accounts or shutting down comp . i am geeting blue screen with physical memory dump. i turn off the computer and every things fine for awhile and it did it again while i was on the net this time. i now also tried AnyDVD and i had to totally reload windows locked me up totally. like i said now i can burn buty out of the blue i get memory dump. any suggestions would be appreciated. it also did it when my anti virus updated and installed . also when it wants to send error report to microsoft.

you can not have AnyDVD and DVD43 installed at the same time..
as those two installed together will cause a computer problem..
use one or the other..

also it is know that DVD43 by its self can sometimes cause problems on some systems.

as of now im having problems with DVD43 . it is the only one on my system. i took off AnyDVD when it totally locked me up. they were never on at the same time. thanks for replying suggestions

see if this helps,also this must be done to uninstall DVD43

when you install DVD43 you will also need to do the following to disable autostartup.

start/run/msconfig

then select the startup tab

find the dvd43_tray option and untick the box then apply.

what this does is stops DVD43 trying to start upon windows startup.
