I got an error what does this mean and can someone help me fix the problem The error code I am getting is logical block address out of range (052... What does this mean can anyone explane this to me and help me fix the problem. Thanks.

Hi sara18
Welcome to aD
Could be the media you are using and/or the burners firmware is not up to date.

So you can post the make & model of the burner along with media you are using - like Sony +R 8x or post the last Nero log.
Just be sure edit out the serial # - usually begins w/ 1A, 1C or 5C.

nero 6: program files>ahead>nero>nerohistory
nero 7: program files>nero>nero 7>core>nerohistory.

i know if a movie that is really scratched,that im tring to back up,will sometimes error out on me, if the movie is scratched, try breaking out some lemon pledge or windex to clean the dvd..this sometimes helps me with wierd errors
