hi, i understand DVD Decrypter can change a PAL file into NTSC? does anyone know how to do it?im trying and trying but cant figure it out. it was a rar file i used WinRAR but cant get it to NTSC. thank you

Don't know about Dekrypter but I use Nero Vision Chris

thanks for the response guys. chris how would you use Nero to change the format. i have Nero 6 and i cant figure it out. when i try to import the file it tells me it is not a valid format........ yet i unzipped it already,burned it to a dvd, and then put it back on my hard-drive. i would like to use the image from the dvd, change it to NTSC and reburn it onto another dvd.is it possible? thanks again

I go to Nero Vision make DVD at the bottom I click more than video options set it for NTSC than click import disk . It takes about 21/2 hrs. Chris
Also Nero vission will ask you if you want to convert to NTSC.

An easier program that can take away the regional coding is by taking it through DVD Shrink.
