i am going to purchase a 360 soon, how easy is it to back up discs and what am i going to need exactly. can someone w/ little knowledge about this stuff be able to do it correctly w/o damaging anything. will i be able to take a game i bought and make a backup from the cd itself or do i need to find another way to get the game? these new games are awesome but expensive so i'm looking for the shortcut and alternative to spending loads of cash when new games come out, copies are the way to go these days!

yeah i guess i should, my bad guys, im new to this whole backup thing and not really sure how to interpret things on this site. i guess my question is i've had ps2 games that got scratched and some broke so i would have needed to buy a new game to play them. if i do own the game i should be able to make a backup for myslef, for my own use so i can save myself some money if i break a disc right?

i guess the (newbie) phrase dosn't lie after all
