Subs? RAR files are archives that Divx/xvid files typically come in. Yuo don't need them once you extract the DivX file. At any rate, if you wanted to put them both on a DVD, just make a DVD-rom compilation using your favorite burning program and just drag 'n' drop all the files in. If you're trying to play this though on a DivX DVD player than it might crash if you try to play a RAR file by mistake.

-Do you believe you own your computer and shouldn't be told what you can run and do? Then say *NO* to Microsoft Vista!
-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.

You have .rar file?
You need WinRAR to unrar it and then you have subtitles (.sub or .srt)

So you have them in the same folder?
film1.avi
film1.srt

film2.avi
film2.srt

Then you can use program like ConvertXtoDVD to convert them to dvd-format.
After that you can burn them using Nero.

EDIT: if you see subs and you don't have subtitle file, it means subs are burned to your film...
