I am trying to get video from my sony dv camcoder to the computer save it, and then send the video by email to family and friends. Any suggestions? I am using windows movie maker.

Depening on the length of the video, you may end up with a file that is to big to send via e-mail.
You could put the video on YouTube and direct your family to it.
